Returns and Refunds 

All claims will be processed as quickly as possible and in any event no later than 10 working days.

Mode of exercise of the right of withdrawal undertakes, when sending material damaged or wrong, provide for replacement of the product at its own expense, this through a simple indication via e-mail to the address, and even if the packaging is no longer intact, as guarantee of d.Lgs. 206/05.

The communication made by the customer shall contain:

  • Manifestation of intention of using the benefit granted by the D.lgs. 206/05.

The deadline for returning the good is of ten days from the date of receipt of the goods.

For the purposes of expiry the goods are returned at a time when it is delivered to the shipper's Office.

Shipment of goods must be made by mail or courier at the expense of the consumer.

ATTENTION: The right of withdrawal may be exercised only if the product is perfectly healthy in every part and in a normal state of preservation. The returned product should not be deprived of the envelope, or parts thereof, nor bear signs of tampering.

If B2C MARKET ONLINE, S.L. should receive the return product tampered with, damaged or used improperly, it will return the amount paid for the purchase of the same.

Shipping costs are still due and payable by the customer, even if the same avails itself of the right of withdrawal, or waste or return to sender, for any reason, the goods ordered regularly. In the latter case, the customer must provide for the reimbursement of such expenses, and possibly, in the case of non-payment of same, B2C MARKET ONLINE, S.L. consult legal action for the recovery of that credit.

In case of non-collection of the goods within the period prescribed maximum stock due to repeated inability to delivery delivery indicated by the customer at the time of the order, the latter shall be deemed to be rejected and indented at our warehouses, with refund charges payable by the customerl

Refund of the payment mode

B2C MARKET ONLINE, S.L. will refund by wire transfer or Paypal as soon as possible and in any event within thirty days of receipt of the notification in which the consumer has expressed the wish to exercise his right of withdrawal.

The consumer has a right of withdrawal without penalty (art. 67 D.lgs. 206/05), the only charges against him will be those relating to the return of the product (shipping costs to return the product).
